Description

Omg 40 lashes with a wet noodle!! I've been such a terrible trader this month. I'm late by a few hours and I've pretty much been non-exsistant as far a dA goes. My sincerest apologies.. I've been having some personal issues over the last three weeks.. Not to mention that I've redone this piece like 3-4 times due to spill accidents, tears, and overall dislike of some. This one came out pretty good for the most part..

:iconisayplz:
It's April's trade with *Kamakru of her character Frey.
The moment I saw her character I wanted to involve a doily in some way.. don't ask me why... but that's what I wanted to do. I took me like 5-6 shopping trips to find them and ironically they were in the scrapbooking aisle of the last store I went to. SO I made it her parasol - so that's what that is incase you were wondering LOL
And to go along with parasol, I dressed her in 18th Century themed clothes.. SHHHH I had no idea what I was doing at the time!@!!!

Had problems with anatomy... and there are some depth problems I may fix before I send this out... but overall I thought she came out rather cute ^-^!

Used my usual utensils: pens, markers and colored pencils

a doily!!! :D I like it! That gives it some extra depth! :) Really clever and unique addition to the ACEO.

IDK why... but something about the shape of the face I like... Also I love the lacy necklace. :)

There seems to be something a bit off on the fringe of the dress around the neck, not quite sure. On the left side of the image it looks fine, but towards the center and a bit to the right looks a bit off, maybe it's just the way it's laying on the dress. And I know it's tough to get detail into those little ACEOs.

I really love the style of this. :D So elegant and pretty!
